What are co-workers like at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina?

Pros

Open seating work area, can work from home, people are friendly, great co-workers, office location is only a few years old; nice gym and cafeteria; work-life balance.

Cons

If you have a desire to move up in the company, it is very difficult unless you have mentor or have managerial connections; it's easy for a manager/supervisor to sabotage your application if you internally apply for another position.

Advice to Management
