BCNC is undergoing big changes, i.e., enterprise re-orgs, and attrition. The workloads are still quite high, and the CEO does not appear to be holding his leadership team to the "vital few."

Advice to Management

Stop work and filter that information down to low level staff so they stop drowning staff.

working remotely, flexibility, child care, great mission, does virtual team work well, not micromanaged, very inclusive, makes a great effort to include everyone
