What is working from home like at Bombay Play ?
Pros
>The right mix of exciting work opportunities and chill co-workers >Flat hierarchy with low/no bureaucracy
Cons
> General growing pains orgs encounter as they start expanding - fairly solvable IMO > WFH results in 80% of the team not having face-to-face interactions
Advice to Management
Seem to be in the right direction, must continue iterating and improving as we keep at it !

1. Friendly environment. 2. Flexible timing.
Cons
1. No proper communication across teams. 2. No job security (They remove their employees in a blink). 3. No support from managers to learn new skills. 4. You can't learn new things if you are working at Bombay Play. 5. Poor career & financial growth. 6. Too much of meetings, you don't get time to prioritize your work.
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees and they will for sure give their best.
