Pros

Pros: remote work, positive work environment/employees, growth opportunities. Best work/life balance I’ve had since working in an agency environment.

Does Bounteous offer a wellness program?

Pros

- Even as an Associate I have conversations with C-Suite on a daily basis - Continuous opportunities working with the worlds biggest brands - Rapid growth alongside clients to develop the future of innovation in a number of industries - Un-matched benefits and pay with your teams understanding that time off and mental health is essential to healthy work/life balances

Cons

- Competitive - Fast-paced - Growing pains due to acquisitions from VC backing - Learning curve - High expectations from the start

Advice to Management

Continue to be fully transparent and honest with your employees as you've done for years and we will continue to be successful. No other agency values honesty and communication to all levels of employees as Keith and C-Suite have done at Bounteous

Does Bounteous offer life insurance?

Pros

- Good company culture with emphasis on work/life balance (though many employees tend to still burn hot - in my experience, management is always willing to step in in those situations). - A lot of opportunity to advance/succeed. Many people have switched career-paths/teams within the org with the support of the organization to do so. - A lot of freedom to "work on the types of projects" you prefer (as much as they can accommodate, of course). - Generally competent leadership with a clearly defined goal and vision - a lot of transparency from the top down. - Employee insurance is covered 100% (dependents 50%) - BNTS invests in good employees and has acknowledged that retaining employees as more important than hiring new employees. - Huge emphasis/effort on DEI/Inclusion.

Cons

As the company has grown (rapidly) it has become very disjointed with many of the "same roles" doing their jobs completely different from project to project. Furthermore, as the company has scaled up, there has been an increasingly frequent injection of "bureaucracy" (sometimes seemingly for no real benefit to anyone involved). There is stricter security to have something as trivial as a calendar on your cell phone than I have experienced working on actual government projects within highly regulated industries. Many project teams are at the mercy of their clients, which can increase volatility in your day to day. That tends to come with the agency territory, but it feels worse here than past companies.

Advice to Management

Keep growing and being transparent about it, but please spend more time actually integrating the companies/teams because as someone who gets assigned to projects across multiple verticals/acquisition teams, it's pretty chaotic to say the least.

Does Bounteous offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Work from home, insurance costs covered, some smart people, well known clients, some interesting client projects

Cons

Growing too fast, terrible upper management, no training or interest from those above to actually grow their employees (people are stretched too thin), resourcing projects is always a major problem, org is focused on sales (and not quality and flawless execution), hardly any clients on retainers, ZERO work life balance

Advice to Management

Sell only what you can actually resource.

Does Bounteous assist with or provide childcare?

Pros

* It's an amazing place with great people. * Everyone there is open to helping and teaching something and there are opportunities to talk/discuss/test/participate in many activities online alongside other tools if you don't have experience with it. * Lot of possibilities to grow. * Great benefits, RRSP, etc. * Recommendation bonus * Internal awards

Cons

* Too many rules to move forward with an idea, process, or approach to something - although they are really open to listening. * Long interviews - although not hard - to move forward with the hiring process

Great benefits, RRSP, etc.
