What is health insurance like at Brain Technosys?

Pros

I had been associated with Brain Technosys Pvt Ltd. for last 4 years and it had been a great journey from a Fresher to a Software Engineer. Lot's of opportunities to work on multiple technologies and seniors was very supportive. 1. Nice & Friendly Environment. 2. Motivated Team and Managers. 3. On time Salary and good yearly increment. 4. Provides opportunities to learn more outside the company by attending seminars, crash courses etc. 5. Flexible timing to some extent and work from home facility as well. 6. Health Insurance covered from the first day. 7. Timely events and fun activities, outing on foundation day with whole team. 8. Easy access to Management and Founders.

Cons

1. During my job tenure, sometimes it seem to be a lot of work. 2. Salaries should be revised for Sr. Developers. 3. Health Insurance does not cover maternity etc.

Advice to Management

Doing great, keep updating with market competition and trends.

How are the career development opportunities at Brain Technosys?

Pros

A very good company to start career, very new projects, new technology always up to date in terms of work.

Cons

The working culture was too poor that time. I cant say today's situation there. Hope the company's CEO or Directors has improved the working culture. There was a huge pressure every time, hard and fast policies, senior guys used to treat juniors so badly.

Advice to Management

Please improve working culture, specially the seniors and PMs.

A very good company to start career, very new projects, new technology always up to date in terms of work.

How are senior leaders perceived at Brain Technosys?

Pros

1. No more words to explain about the company, I never feel as an employee here. I felt like my 2nd home. 2. Seniors like Project managers and CEO are very friendly. I feel like a family here not as an organization. 3. Good opportunity to learn latest technologies every day for seniors and freshers. 4. Open door employee friendly policy, If you are facing any problem like behavior of your senior (TL or PM) regarding your project, You can directly share your problem to your CEO and directors. In such big organization I never seen that you can directly share your problem to your CEO or directors. Definitely they sort out the problem. 5. Salary is on date, You feel like government job that your account has been credited on a perticular date and time like as government job. 6. In my 4 years carrier in this company I see that every employee who proof himself and find a responsible position would be treated as a government employee. Every employee has a satisfaction from his job that he will never be fired from here until his plan to leaving the organization. 7. Company CEO and directors attached every employee as a family. They think that every employee is his family member. 8. Finally at the end I would like to say that if you join brain technosys, You will be proud on yourself and company. I left job from here due to growth and for change after a long 4 years time. My notice period was 30 days but as per my current organization I had to join in 15 days but company relieve me propely with all documents on releaving date, This is the best fact i feel about the company 9. If I got a chance against and company CEO and directors will offer me job again in future. I will be available to join again because I am emotionally attached from this company.

I never find any in 4 years

Advice to Management

You are my role model. Please keep it up as you are working hardly to grow the company at a more big level.
