1. Stagnant Growth 2. Not a work oriented culture. 3. Rewards or incentives in consulting team is not proportional to the nature of work or the performance of a consultant. 4. HR policies are annoying, redundant and sometimes a hinderance to work, yet it comes with fines and repercussions. 5. Longevity in firm is misunderstood as Loyalty.
