What is the company culture like at CAPA?

Pros

The best part about CAPA is it's people, followed closely by it's mission. Varied opportunities to grow and show independence and lots of shows come through so you'll get to see some amazing theatre. They have put effort into revamping their practices post pandemic and have been making changes to improve and support staff relations. There's flexibility with work, especially in admin, to be partially remote.

Cons

It's a non-profit so they pay is going to be lower than if working for a for-profit company.
