None at all, everything is fake from Noida Gen AI Lab to 500 Gen AI engineers...
Cons
Company foundation is based on lies and fraud, founder members left after ego clashes with CEO, No job security at all, you can be asked to leave in 1 hr, HR is spineless and just bunch of Jokers. Hire and Fire fits them 100%. Remember only money matters to them and you are just used to satisfy their money hunger. CEO Irfan is a serial liar who will bluff to any extent in front of the client ( Noida office habe 50 engineers on bench etc), CFO Zeba is about get client's money, get more money, suck them dry of their finances and, they have lost lots of clients due to their false promises and money minded behaviour. Everybody else in the leadership and management are worthless and need no mention.
Advice to Management
Company will drown and die else drop your ego and treat employees better.

Pros
I joined this organization almost 1.5 years back. The company culture looks positive and supportive, and my co-workers are all highly skilled and very helpful. The leadership team is approachable and always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions for improvement. All hands is a weekly affair where all the employees come together to share both the highlights and lowlights of the previous week. The company encourages professional development and provides opportunities for growth by ensuring that the employees continue to learn new skills and get certified. CLOUDSUFI is a great place to work and I feel valued as an employee here.

Internal Processes can be more well-defined Recruitment process can be improved
Advice to Management
I'd suggest building a team of SME's for each cloud providers available in the market today and popularly used ERP solutions in-house rather than hiring contractuals from outside.
The leadership team is approachable and always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Cons
I) Worst management i have ever seen. ii) There is no work life balance. iii) There is no job security. CEO is against work-life balance. Think 100 times before joining this company.
Advice to Management
Try to focus more on employee centric and their work life balance..

This seems to me like a school, where every day assembly need to be attend and if you are not ,your class teacher will punish you. You can not put your thoughts in front of higher management as they have already setup there mindset and no-one can change. They are thinking that employee is a machine or a production line where they can build products of multiple vendors./clients with same machine even without changing he quality parameters. As per them they are always right and making fool their customers as well. Your technical profile might be vanish here. Do not believe on positive reviews as that are posted and written forcefully. Think before join.
Advice to Management
Top layer need to validate once what their middle layer management is doing with their employees .
