How do employees feel about the referral program at Centene?

Pros

Centene is a great company that truly cares about its employees and the member they serve. You have great career opportunities if your a hard worker and willing to put in the effort. Centene is constantly growing organically and through acquisitions. They provide a great bonus program to reward individual contributions to the companies success as well as benefits such as their stock purchase program.

Cons

No work from home options for salary staff, dress code is a bit outdated (I personally dont mind it)

Advice to Management

Keep focused on integrating acquired companies. It's great to grow at a rapid pace, but we want to ensure we look and feel like one company, which is not easy to do if unable to fully integrate before the next acquisition.

Does Centene offer a quarterly bonus?

Pros

Promotion from within, management is helpful and caring (from my experience,) bonuses and pay raises on a quarterly or yearly basis.

Cons

Actual compensation isn't good. Most competitors pay more out the gate, and the pay scale makes no sense for new hires. Some in supervisor positions make less than regular employees who were onboarded at a higher pay rate. Company is focusing on automation which is terrible for job security.

Advice to Management

None. Executives are pushing automation at every level which isn't a good outlook for current or future employees, and there is nothing management can do about that.
