Great benefits, development opportunities for some, positive diversity and inclusion culture, some flexibility with work schedule
Cons
Most departments are poorly staffed, trend towards temp employees growing, very few training resources, limited opportunities for advancement within your dept.

Adopted a remote working environment
Cons
* IT leadership is laughable and continues to be promoted while the workers do not. * Zero diversity in IT leadership (All or most managers and above are non people of color). * There has been no mention of a cost of living increase for current employees to align with the rising cost of inflation. *Company continues to acquire companies and have meetings about how well the company is doing financially, but employees are getting very small merit increases. Slap in the face. *IT continues to lose good people. *Employees are consistently shifted between managers. *Processes do not exist. *Leadership wants to go to a SAFe environment but hasn’t master Agile on a small scale.
Advice to Management
No because they do not listen.
Zero diversity in IT leadership (All or most managers and above are non people of color).
