Pros
Decent benefits package for health insurance.
Cons
This is probably the worst company I've ever worked for. They had the most unrealistic expectations ever. When people quit or were fired, they would spread their work without any intention of getting new staff. They cross-trained on other departments' work without compensating you for doing multiple jobs. They would never They enforced 60 hour work weeks during the winter months and would penalize you for taking time off. It felt more like a sweatshop than a work site. I would NEVER work at a place like this again.

Pros
Competitive compensation Strong benefits package Paid time off
Cons
Very political work environment where the stated agenda/objectives are rarely the actual goals. It makes it very difficult to align and prioritize work when the rug could be pulled out from underneath you at any given moment for political reasons. For example, a manager of one group that you have a dependency on might purposely sabotage your work (by with holding resources) in order to argue that your manager isn’t proficient at managing so that they can make the case for absorbing their headcount, thus warranting a higher salary for themselves because they are now managing more people.
Advice to Management
None. I believe this is working as designed but it’s not beneficial to employees.
Strong benefits package
