Pros
Pretty decent benefits package for full-time perm. employees. Definitely an inclusive work environment and corporate culture conducive to LGBTQ communities, women, people living with disabilities, etc.
Cons
There's an undercurrent of major transition going on, making things difficult to speculate on. But this is just one of those times for most.
Advice to Management
Listen to your people.
