Pros

Great benefit package, nice looking facility, a lot of TV's.

Cons

Uneducated Supervisors who have little or NO healthcare or management experience, extreme favoritism, often "pre-choosing" whom they want to promote before interviews even commence, unprofessional employees who totally disregard dress codes, malicious gossipers and brown nosers, fake it until you make it mentality. "C" stands for total "chaos" not "change". Totally disorganized, no structure, no management, no discipline, no adherence, no room to grow.

Advice to Management

Actually get a degree, have a healthcare background more than 1 year, actually "manage" your team to produce in a production environment, stop pretending when you don't actually know what is going on, just to look good to your peers. Stop your favortism when you promote people who have little or no experience just because you "like" them, not based on education or healthcare experience (like promoting people to team leads who have not even finished training yet as a new hire). FOCUS on production and QUALITY instead of having a "social gathering" at work, maybe there would not be a $1,000,000.00 in fines due to erroneous errors and denying claims that should be paid in the first place.

Great benefit package, nice looking facility, a lot of TV's.

Pros

Pretty decent benefits package for full-time perm. employees. Definitely an inclusive work environment and corporate culture conducive to LGBTQ communities, women, people living with disabilities, etc.

Cons

There's an undercurrent of major transition going on, making things difficult to speculate on. But this is just one of those times for most.

Advice to Management

Listen to your people.
