How are senior leaders perceived at Centerprise?
Pros
Great people to work with and a very entrepreneurial approach to my department which is great as no 2 days are the same. The work, projects and customers are very varied and Ci are highly rated as a key supplier to its customers. No question is a stupid one, and any new ideas or approaches to succeed are welcomed. It took less than 2 weeks for me to feel integrated with the business and everyone was really welcoming. The company supports local business and charity's and also allows for you to join in with some charity work if this is something you enjoy. The business has been very supportive throughout what has been a tough year with COVID and ensured the welfare of staff by allowing time to socialise with other colleagues throughout weekly fun activities. The CEO and owner of the business are both very well integrated with the daily processes. I see myself having a long career with Centerprise and look forward to being a part of their future success. If you invest into Centerprise they will do their best to invest into you too.
Cons
Some of the processes are a little old school, and could benefit in being updated as could the CRM system which sometimes I find more of a hindrance than anything. Sometimes communication from management comes from other team members and not directly from management but this is improving. More flexible / ability to work from home (Pre Covid) would definitely attract more talent from the industry as lots of competitors and vendors offer this, however this may be a change when things get back to normal.
Advice to Management
Potentially could invest into a larger Pre sales / Technical architect team as some times the smaller (newer) departments get less support or are prioritised less with some opportunities.
