Pros

Very few companies practices what it preaches. Chaitanya is one of the best company to work for a reasonable period. It provides good work culture and environment.

Cons

Sometimes the seniors and manager take the credit of front line executives hard work.

Advice to Management

If time permits, have a skip level discussion, to directly understand their contribution

Pros

01. The leaders are in Chaitanya are well versed in there vision and Organization Growth. 02. The given opportunities to explore to different teams and Knowledge. 03. Management listens employee concerns and take it first priority on there list if it is really required to solved. 04. Chaitanya payback for employees handwork, effort and Spend time on each employee's growth. 05. It very that Chaitanya is practical in terms of employee management as well as business growth.

Cons

01. Employee engagement should have been sharper than actual. 02. There are cultural barriers which needs to addressed. 03. Not seen much of 2nd line leadership, who actual true leader (Not Manager) 04. Chaitanya process makes longer in any new project or new implement due to multiple struggle process and own limitations.

Advice to Management

01. Core values and Visions are very strong, keep the same. 02. Hiring needs to improved bit, not to much concern. 03. One HR person only to talk with employees and to crack jokes. 04. Specific training, guidelines, and growth follow up for each 2nd line leaders, who felt by management.
