How are senior leaders perceived at Chaitanya?

Pros

01. The leaders are in Chaitanya are well versed in there vision and Organization Growth. 02. The given opportunities to explore to different teams and Knowledge. 03. Management listens employee concerns and take it first priority on there list if it is really required to solved. 04. Chaitanya payback for employees handwork, effort and Spend time on each employee's growth. 05. It very that Chaitanya is practical in terms of employee management as well as business growth.

Cons

01. Employee engagement should have been sharper than actual. 02. There are cultural barriers which needs to addressed. 03. Not seen much of 2nd line leadership, who actual true leader (Not Manager) 04. Chaitanya process makes longer in any new project or new implement due to multiple struggle process and own limitations.

Advice to Management

01. Core values and Visions are very strong, keep the same. 02. Hiring needs to improved bit, not to much concern. 03. One HR person only to talk with employees and to crack jokes. 04. Specific training, guidelines, and growth follow up for each 2nd line leaders, who felt by management.

How are the career development opportunities at Chaitanya?

Pros

* Great work culture * Good career growth for the performers * Very supportive and friendly managers * Opportunity for everyone to showcase their skills.

Cons

* Compensations slabs should be modified a bit * Office is little small due to which its little difficult to accommodate. * No fun activities are conducted.

Advice to Management

Nothing much to advice to the management, as there are many new things are being implemented. HR department should take the initiative and start conducting fun Fridays so that the employees who are engaged in work will get some relief and get refreshed.
