Very well organization for grooming of new entrants. Township atmosphere is very good.

Cons

Township culture is very poor, this needs to be improved for retention of employees. Hierarchy must be revised who can review the performance of all.

Advice to Management

Increase some more levels in management

Power should not be people centric Free environment should be created in township

Worst work culture, Zero employee welfare, Shift harassment (Uneven Shift schedule)

Advice to Management

Kindly restrict promotion to diploma/BSC holders to deputy manager.
