How are the career development opportunities at Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals?

- Stable industry - Safer working standard in comparison to its peers in the same industry - Salary credited on time - Starting salary is on higher side compared to peers (but less year on year growth)

Cons

- overwork (Typically 60-90 hrs per week) - Less pay - rigid hierarchy - lack of growth opportunities - Lack of learning opportunities - Agnostic management - Policies and procedures are for show and neither are they well-circulated nor well implemented

Advice to Management

- Policies should be well defined and not just paperwork for legal requirements capable of changing at a moments notice - Hiring talent (from top engineering schools in India) just to waste their potential by placing them in a mentally unchallenging and emotionally draining work mode should be stopped

Advice to Management

Kindly restrict promotion to diploma/BSC holders to deputy manager.
