Offers very few in-house opportunities for employee self-development or mentorship. Moreover, on multiple occasions HR was consistently reluctant to approve any and all external training requests, despite initially offering to fund position-relevant industry qualifications.

What is the feeling of job security at Cheil Worldwide?

Company benefits is something that is good.
Cons
The company policy for off roll employees. They are governed by Samsung. No matter how hard you work, you may lose your job if Samsung tells to reduce the manpower. There is no job security. For prospective employees, a word of advice would be to not ever take up an off roll position in this company. How hard you try, you won't be able to even save your job at the end of the day.

An autocratic management since one year after firing rudely the general manager. The new top management has no vision, no empathy, no capabilities...they ve just broken what was achieved before. More than 30 people have left since one year and it will goes on. Global ambiance is very sad and business perspectives are very low
