What is health insurance like at Chetu?

Pros

The pros are only the benefits, such as health insurance and 401K

Cons

They so badly structured it makes the whole company a disaster. Everyone is terrified of the CEO so they will do as he pleases even when he is dead wrong. The managers for all departments are only managers cause of the length of time they have worked for the company and definitely not based on competency. They will never give their employees a compliment for a work well done and not even an email saying happy birthday showing a little appreciation but they will surely send a million email telling you everything you've done wrong including small details. I would say it might be a good place to start and get experience so you know exactly what you don't want in any future employer but honestly, I would just stay away altogether. Horrible experience.

Does Chetu offer parental leave?

Pros

Pros, Seriously. Earlier I was thinking, but as of now in lockdown situations, it's terrible

Cons

-IF YOU ARE ON RESIGN, THEN YOU ARE NOT EVEN HUMAN FOR MANAGEMENT, As this is Company not giving 2 months' salary to whom they are serving notice period and given an Early/ Advance salary to other regular employees. -They fired the employee who served for 13 years. -A Communist dictator who only cares about how much $$$ he makes, even there is a danger of employees lives. -There's no employee loyalty, only fear of losing your job if you don't kiss the Management's butt. -Alternate Saturday, Leave Policy, Work-life not balanced. -Leave policy is worst and we can't take leave on festivals too. -Alternative Saturday is working, ah not working it's just a waste of time on Saturday neither you can work nor you can learn, and it'll make you exhausted. -Management doesn't care about you and they want to get done work for client and pressure is very high.

Advice to Management

I know I'm wasting my time here by writing but still, I need to write here. Your employees are also human, don't treat them as resources like computers and other non-living things. They also want to celebrate their festivals and also want to live their lives.

Leave policy is worst and we can't take leave on festivals too.

How are the career development opportunities at Chetu?

Pros

The company is still growing and that means there is time for positive change! There is a lot of opportunity to make good money. The sky is truly the limit. It's all what you make of it.

Cons

Growing pains can be hard to handle. Lots of changes, but if you can hang in and do your job it will be worth your time. Lots of work around but we're getting there. Those who don't make it don't or can't do the job.

Advice to Management

Understand that things are constantly changing as we grow and that not everyone deals well with change.

There is a lot of opportunity to make good money.

Alternate Saturday is working and timing should be 12:00 to 9:00.

Why do Chetu employees quit?

Pros

Team had good ppl and vp was good guy

Cons

CEO refers to sales team as McDonald's workers and treats them as such Sales enablement team are only there to police sales team and write them up for ever minor infraction Don't matter if you work 50hrs a week if you are late from lunch or have to leave early one day that week you will be docked pay and put on termination notice. Even if you been there 7 years and made them millions in $ Missing any sales goals and you go into sales jail meaning you are monitored on web cam every day until you have done your penance

Advice to Management

CEO doesn't want any advice. He is used to working with obedient Indian workers that never question the boss or living in a surveillance state
