Good dental and health benefits. Like the ability to work from home due to not having distractions from other employees who linger around and talk about personal issues instead of work.

Cons

Don’t feel appreciated. Upper management needs to be reorganized in some departments or fired. Some have been there too long and don’t know how to manage correctly. Bonus and salaries are very low based on current market conditions. Also, employees are overworked with unrealistic timing committments. Horrible training. Horrible HR processes. Horrible IT support. Work too many hours. Even though they will let you work from home some days, they still expect workload to be at 60-80 hours per week. At approximately $45 per hour, which doesn’t include reductions for taxes, insurance, etc., not worth the years off of your life. Plus, they don’t always promote employees based on experience and tenure.

Pros

Good maternity leave, 401k, benefits, Perform like a champ, Dangle the carrot, then leave empty handed.

Cons

Computers no good, area directors have HR in back pocket And are worthless
