What is overtime like at ClearView Healthcare Partners?

Pros

Some projects are very interesting (but since everything is about money here, there no resources allocated to do justice)

Cons

- No one cares about work or employees or clients or colleagues - You are told to do a job as quickly and cheaply as possible - Managers and long-time employees dump all the work on new joiners - Interns, who have no understanding of what is needed, end up effectively running projects - When clients invariably react angrily, a blame game starts with everyone ganging upon the newest member of the team

Advice to Management

Try to build a sustainable company that delivers value. Try to make your employees feel like they are doing something useful. Do not see clients as mere cash machines

What do employees say about the location of the ClearView Healthcare Partners office?

Pros

I have made good friends while working in the trenches here

Cons

There are no positive about this company. If you are semi-decent at your job, there are many other consultancies in the Boston area to choose from (run away now). Please note that this companies "encourages" its employees to post fake positive reviews. And, most of the gushingly positive reviews are posted by senior execs themselves. So don't be fooled

Advice to Management

Why do you need fake reviews? Is it because you want to fool your potential employees? Don't worry, they will immediately realize what they have signed up for within weeks
