Flexible work timing. Friendly work culture. Monthly work performance bonus. Great salary growth and salary is always on time. Festival celebrations. If employee willing to learn new technologies and upgrade skills company provide opportunity to learn it.

Pros
I am working for more than 4.5+ years and learn lots of things. There is flexibility in the workplace. The company really cares about people. It feels like the company is changing a lot for good and for future growth, the company continues to go through a period of transformation. Great work-life balance, Interesting work. The culture is great and I'm learning a lot here. There is some good project with great clients to work. Flexible schedules, and a fun work environment in the company. Decent pay. Opportunity to learn many new technologies. Friendly Coworkers and managers-overall positive work relationships. weekends off and 2 movie tickets are plus points :). A good place to work.
