Good work environment. Friendly colleagues and supportive managers.

Cons

Poor management. You never know when the top management might turn against you irrespective if your doing your job right or not. I have seen the best performing employees who are really doing their job, get into trouble because the management had personal grudge. They dont value people here. So to sum it up. These people are unpredictable so learn and improve your skills while you are employed here and leave may be after a year or so...cz as soon as you cross 2 years mark. The management might not want you more and will find ways to fire you.
