* Good to kick start your career, will get opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies. * Flexible timings and work environment. * Management is always reachable.

Cons

* Very less guidance for freshers, no training is available. * Standard practices for software development are limitedly used. * Project management is not adequate. * Pay is below industry standard.

Advice to Management

* Lead Architects should invest time in learning and training.
