What is health insurance like at Columbia Bank (NJ)?

Pros

Good health insurance and benefits, holiday bonus.

Cons

Be prepared to be paid less than any other commercial bank but do twice the work. They require a degree for anything in the corporate area: if you don’t have a degree in banking /finance you won’t be able to move up but you will be made to train new hires who have no experience but have a degree to get a position that you may be qualified for with years of experience.

What is the retirement plan like at Columbia Bank (NJ)?

Pros

- Lots of perks (Free Lunches, Christmas Bonus, Etc...) - Decent 401K match (4.5%) - Relatively lax culture (Don't micromanage, and force you to push products non-stop)

Cons

Have to work in customer service, will have incredibly rude customers and you just have to accept it. Especially if they have money.
