* 31st salary *no work pressure, cool life * Copy paste work mostly

* Technically degrade if we stay more years * rules may change at any time. *3 months compulsory notice period. * if serving notice period, hike and promotion rollback to previous hike. * No work from home. *After 2nd lockdown, doing work from office. * In-office no covid rules follows. Even HR also not wearing a mask. * no promotions. * worst hikes. * introduced variable pay. *Hikes are dependent on persons. not follow follows. M, M+ getting grades have the same percentage of hikes. * No respect. treat like a slave. *Even omicronn varient is spreading, no wfh. * Leaves are very less not per industry standard. EL - 22 , CL -5 * maternity leave with no benefits. we have to take long w/o salary. * paternity leave - 2 days * no carrier growth. *

Does Computer Generated Solutions offer malpractice insurance?
Pros
- They literally would take everyone in if they apply for the position - Fully remote - Depending on what queue they put you in, some queues are easier than others - At least you would receive a plaque if you stay here longer than 10 years.
Cons
- Way below average pay, and they always have at least one reason to turn down pay increase request - No holiday pay - Expensive medical insurance and zero to none benefit - Favorism - The better you are at your jobs, the more workloads they will have you handle - Since this is one of the branches in the USA, they do not give much thoughts about the employees at this location. We were basically "seat fillers", so they can fulfill their contracts' requirements.
Advice to Management
Better micromanaging is needed, but at where it should be. Managements should better take care of the employees , that is why they barely have any good tech/ employee stay over a year or two. Willing to listen to employee's thoughts.
