Pros
- Flat hierarchy, there would be no one bugging you all the time. You will be responsible the developing the product to another level - You would have access to some of the veterans in the Risk Management field, who could help you achieve a great career - The team here is very talented, and one of the best you would come across - Use of cutting edge technologies - You can work in any domain you want to - Data Science, UI , Backend etc. - Flexible work hours and good work life balance - Great Compensation - Lot of Snacks and Team outings
