How are the career development opportunities at Course5 Intelligence?

Pros

Salary is given on time.

Cons

There's a huge list of cons. Worst management in transport facility. In WFH, we were asked to login early and log off late even if shift has ended(night shift). Also provide weekend support. Managers/clients don't appreciate even if u perform well.Managers are busy with the projects and clients. No proper communication in team. You'll be allotted easy tasks and continue to do only those. Minimum scope for learning new things. Useless trainings on e-learning platforms.Night shift employees are exempted from all the activities held because HR's work in day shifts.No career growth opportunities after working here.HR team does showoff on emails and no timely work.Lot off partiality done by managers in giving badges. Toxic environment for working.

Advice to Management

Ask for honest feedback from employees. Sugar coating is done to stay at job even if employee names are not mentioned in feedbacks.

Why do Course5 Intelligence employees quit?

Pros

nothing to say a single point

Cons

Poor Management, Blame Game, High Politics, 12-14 working hrs daily with weekends and no benefits. Payment holding and cutting without any reason. Under the term "Business strategy" they will terminate you any time within 1-2 days. My 6-7 colleagues are terminate by that way without any notice period. If you seek and take a leave for a day then it is compulsory to do your daily task on leave also. Mangers are not from technical background you can't expect any technical help from them even they can't provide you basic requirement of software or server. Even after 6 month manager dont know about all the projects handled by team. Lots of time manager don't replies to your messege just seen it and leave it. Not only manager but sr.manager and AVP also don't replies to your mail. They don't respect the people who are working for them. All the positive posts are from HR team for referance you can check 30 January 2020 posts.

Advice to Management

If you don't have money to pay the payments then there is no need to play Blame Game and Terminate the employees under "Business Strategy" policy within 1-2 days.

7 colleagues are terminate by that way without any notice period.

What is the feeling of job security at Course5 Intelligence?

Strong hold in continuous monitoring and CI space

Cons

Job security, bad culture, dictatorship, work life balance should be forgotten, no appreciation for good work

Advice to Management

Change the top management if you want to grow the LS vertical. Else you will loose a lot of revenue as good people will not join and do not stay for long even if they join because of the pathetic culture that these morons are creating. The current management does not encourage projects in analytics and forecasting space as they are not strong in that area and fear loosing the hold of the team
