What is working from home like at Course5 Intelligence?

Pros

It's a growing company with a list of great clientele. There are opportunities, however, a lot depends on the manager you get to work with. Good incentives and benefits for employees - Lunch coupons, cab facility, work from home flexibility. HR is doing a good job of engaging employees and introducing new initiatives.

Cons

There is saturation after a certain level. Needs better career planning for new employees. Though there are 360-degree reviews on paper, outcomes are almost one-sided. Lack of transparency on certain issues.

Advice to Management

Focus on employee growth

Lunch coupons, cab facility, work from home flexibility.

How is the work/life balance at Course5 Intelligence?

Pros

As a fresher good to join here.

Cons

Very less pay provided by this company, management is very poor, they want you to work on weekends without extra pay. They will provide diwali gift during Christmas to save money.

Advice to Management

Improve the salary pay scale and provide compensation for weekend and overtime, and provide atleast useful gift during Diwali instead of water bottle.

Good to start as fresher no work life balance, lots of stress and excess amount of work.

What is overtime like at Course5 Intelligence?

Pros

Immediate management is friendly, but then again all the major decisions are taken by upper management.

Cons

My first point is especially for freshers 1) Basically this company has two business verticals One is Digital Analytics and second is Market research.If you are fresher don’t even think of joining Market research vertical, because the tools this company uses literally have zero scope in market and it will be extremely difficult to find job in later stage of your career. So basically if you are getting hired in any of the below teams, simply reject the offer without thinking twice. Data processing (DP), Survey Programming (SP), Coding 2) This company gives lowest salaries, possibly in entire industry, I worked with this company for 6 years and my package was less than 4 lacks PA. They just gave me senior position but no salary hike. (And that is not just me, almost every other employee in this company is highly underpaid) Last year they canceled employee hike giving Covid reason and this year also they gave extremely low hike. 3) For market research vertical, you do not get bank Holidays,the management is so shameless that they don’t give holiday even on 26th Jan and 15 August. Also when you need leave, they won’t allow half the time because teams are very understaffed. 4) Company does not respect its talent, no matter how smart and innovative you are, all managers do is praise you with some mails and when it comes to appraisal you will simply get 2-3k hike per month ( that too including deductions) 3) No work life balance. Due to such low payments , this company keeps losing vey high number of its talented employees every year and due to this, remaining employees has to work for 3-4 extra hours almost everyday, also they force you to work on weekends due to this reason. 4) Cost saving way of this company is that when any experienced employe leaves the company they try to hire a fresher in order to save salary cost. But by doing this they keep loosing clients, because fresher will not be able to give quality work as much as experienced employee and in this process client gets frustrated and stops its business with this company. 5) Management literally treats its employees as slave for it’s clients. Client’s drop mail at any time they want and management will message you to work on it even when it is outside of your working hours or even when it’s weekend. This happens every time. 6) The situation is so bad that , company is facing lack of talented employees and HR are literally call back old employees who left the company to join back. So gist of my experience is, it’s literally not worth to stay long with this company. If you have already joined, stay 1 year max and leave

Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they are worth. Don’t understaff teams to save the cost, employees have to give up their social life because of that Don’t replace experience employees with freshers
