Does Cox Purtell offer a wellness program?
Pros
I loved working at Cox Purtell for it is a company that allows you to be yourself and will work to your strengths. They appreciate the time and commitment, and are a rewarding and giving company. They offer continuous training and growth opportunities, as well as movement within the company. A generous wellness program and they are always open to feedback. Management is supportive but doesn't micromanage.
Cons
I thoroughly enjoyed my time and don't have any complaints about working at Cox Purtell.

How are senior leaders perceived at Cox Purtell?
Pros
Cox Purtell is a family. It is a collaborative, kind and nurturing environment where no question is a stupid question and junior through to senior consultants are all given the same level of respect and trust. The induction process is thorough and executed exceptionally well. From day one you are made to feel welcome and part of the team. I went on board with zero industry experience and was never afraid made to feel like an outsider. The commission structure was great. The different teams work openly across different jobs and share client and candidate connections. The offices are beautiful and in a great location. CP never ignores an opportunity to celebrate or spend time bonding, meaning there are always fun events or activities going on. James Purtell is a brilliant CEO, he is approachable and level headed. There is never a time that I would feel uncomfortable discussing a situation with him. He will always make time for each individual within the company.
Cons
Honestly, my time at CP was brilliant. They have hit the nail on the head with the appropriate balance of work hard/play hard. There isn't a downside.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing.

Are employees at Cox Purtell generally happy and/or satisfied?
Pros
Great technology stack, marketing support, good brand and good reputation for quality service and the MD is a genuine and decent person. They always had a balanced approach to expectations and patience with people while they set themselves up for success. Comms were always pretty standard and consultants were always well informed of the T&C around comms.
Cons
CP is not the place for you if you can't drive your own success. You are given all the tools, support and training to succeed but you have to have to do the work and make it happen, if you want to have work constantly fed to you then go to a big agency.
