Pros
Good benefits. The health insurance is very good.
Cons
They do not prepare you for the intense 911 or hospital calls you receive it is very stressful. Though you work remotely you cannot get up to go to the bathroom without them writing you up. If you are sick and run out of sick time and you go to the ER they want you to mandatorily get a 5-day leave of absence from one doctor and that is not possible if you just went t one visit and were told to stay home the limit two days until you see your primary, so they go and write you up. They do not withhold federal taxes but do not explain it you do all regular paperwork and since so much is taken out for your insurance, Medicare and other things if you are not aware you wind up owing taxes. When they terminate you for being sick, they turn around and lie about you to unemployment.
The health insurance is very good.

Pros
Starting pay is 14.00 and they do give overtime if available. Holidays are also paid extra. Management was as helpful as they could be and would always answer whatever question you had to the best of their ability. Due to the diversity of the calls you would learn many different things during each call.
Cons
Stressful calls from many different sources, medical, health insurance, 911, legal, etc. and expected to know everything. Had to follow very strict protocols for every phone call or else you overall employee score would go down. Many audio calls were bad quality, static, cutting off, etc.

Pros
There is no good reasons to work and not being paid, so no, no reason to work here
Cons
They steal from me around 2000$ and never paid me. no matter how nice I asked, I am sure they share that profit with each other. It was exactly the time for the health insurance year review, these calls are long, over 1.5 hours I worked with at least 20 customers, so they called and told me, that I didn't hang the phone right. so that is why the session got that long and of course, I can't prove it, even though I called the third party, because of company policy we can not keep the records. It's just a shame for companies like that exist. Do not trust them and do not work for them, sooner or later they will take advantage of you
Advice to Management
Check your Russian language team billing, I am sure you'll be surprised and pay me the money I earned.
