Bonus scheme for non-fee earning staff in IT would appear to be far more limited than what the legal fee-earners can attain. However the work hours for such IT 'support' staff do allow for better work-life balance.

Need to give people more responsiblity Most people are great but some can be demeaning to the business services teams Need to ensure senior management follow the agreed (and good ) cultural principles Bonuses are poor (though getting better) - remember you are not just benchmarking against other law firms People are a litle 9-5 in their outlook

Some great benefits can be taken out each year. Good promotion structure within company.

Overworked. Hard work rewarded with being more overworked. Need to be more aware of how this can effect people mentally and give more support. Unrealistic targets.

Senior management are very easy to engage with and they have built a firm that is loved by clients. They are continuing to develop and grow in terms of business success, breadth of services and international reach. It feels like a really good place to be.

Legacy IT systems have been a bit frustrating at times but these are quite quickly now being improved or replaced.

Keep going...the firm seems to be going from strength to strength. The current strategy appears to be working well.
