Does DXC Technology offer massages?

Pros

Nothing is good. No technical managers here. Mostly are technical support managers. They will count your office hours that's all. Too much micro management.

Cons

1. Old people with 0 mind. 2.sexual Harshment from higher managers. 3. No hike 5.No tea or coffee , Only water is free there. 6. No hr or higher management policy

Does DXC Technology have a pension plan?

Pros

Remote working, benefits are really good (in Ireland) - health insurance, pension, you can buy or sell annual leave days,

Cons

No pay rises, no bonuses. Redundancies every quarter. Overworked as most experienced people have already left.

Does DXC Technology offer life insurance?

Pros

Very good life insurance and hospitalization benefits relative to other service organizations. Culture of the organization is being re-build by the new CEO and it has positive impact to employees Openness in communication increased from last 2 years and information related to organization growth, salary revision, ease of working, wellness is shared with teams Number of townhalls and communication network have grown A very good support system for continuing education and access to trainings Support for home office setup

Cons

No salary hikes from last 3 years and this month only handful of people (relatively) got salary raise in senior band that too a much lower percentage. Slow organization decision making for example, Policy for home office setup (due to Covid) and support for vaccination for employees came only in 2021. Work life balance of teams is impacted in some of the projects, i have worked with. this was due to mismatch in expectations

Advice to Management

Please be competitive in salary revisions and employee retention.

Very good life insurance and hospitalization benefits relative to other service organizations.
