Does DXC Technology offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Some good professionals and managers, they had good benefits plans, good learning scope as IT service company

Cons

Lots of politics; Lots of Ego in many of managers; Lack of good management and planning; Poor communication; Less salary and no salary adjustment for the move from one location to another (Example: if you move from class B city to San Francisco, they expect you to work with same salary you received in class B city, and request you make to adjust your salary as per the city living cost shall be considered negatively); Very poor relocation assistance - very less/small relocation monetary help, you are asked to sign a bond to return the money even when they want you to relocate forcefully, relocation assistance is outsourced to third party which is very bad and the company expects you to cover the cost for third party's work as well; Offshore and Onsite engagement is very bad; Some HR are very rude and not at all fair to employees.

Advice to Management

Treat employees in your team (direct or indirect reportees) as asset and not as liability Or money generating tools. Be fair to employees and respect them especially when they need your help in terms of growth and career progression.

Does DXC Technology offer dental insurance?

Pros

Remote opportunity, medical, vision and dental benefits are good. Unlimited vacation does not exist, You only get vacation if someone covers for u.

Cons

Culture, management, no training, salary freeze, experienced employees replaced with visa workers.

Advice to Management

Retain experienced employees and train

Does DXC Technology offer parental leave?

Pros

work life balance.there is no timings as such to maintain every day

Cons

WFR policy is not good one who comes back from maternity leave and no project allocation is there, they are the ones to get wfr first no scope to grow no hike company is not doing good. every month there is a layoff no job security employee skills are not utilised. recruited for auto,mation, working in manual testing project not much importance to automation

Does DXC Technology have a pension plan?

Pros

Relatively flexible working depending on project(s) that you're aligned to. Benefit options to "purchase" additional leave and pension match.

Cons

Near enough quarterly rounds of redundancy ever since starting (5 years)

Advice to Management

Stop getting rid of valued staff through CR and then employing contractors to back fill. Too many layers of management that cannot lead / manage.

Does DXC Technology assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

* Great team with talented staff. * Good benefits (e.g. pension, ability to buy (10 ) or sell (5) annual leave, good healthcare etc..). * Ability to work remotely. * Work life balance was okay. * Good car allowance.

Cons

* No pay rise or promotion during my length of service. * No recognition for hardwork. * Team morale was at an all time low. * Redundancies in various departments. * IT support was all based in India (poor communication and helpfulness). * Little faith in the companies direction.

Advice to Management

Look after your employees and they will look after you.

Good car allowance.
