Global company that has a lot of resources and provides employees with tools to make working comfortable. Salary and benefits are fair for white collar employees. They provide and pay for a lot of employee development opportunities. Work/life balance is respected.

Cons

The company is very decentralized and has a lot of different locations. Depending on the size of your facility it can be difficult to move up in the business because it is so decentralized.
