It organizes Cultural programs. It has a fair HR policy. It has growth Opportunities. It does have good work life balance.

Cons

The starting pay is quite less. Also the incentive structure is not rewarding.

Advice to Management

To increase the pay for new joinees Research Associates

What is working from home like at Datamatics Business Solutions?

Pros

Work from home &/or remotely

Cons

No training. No communication. No hierarchical structure for answering questions or resolving problems. No pay-despite contract.

Advice to Management

Honor your agreements. Set up better path for getting questions answered and problems resolved. BIGGEST WORD OF ADVICE: Never assume you are dealing with a minimum wage employee who doesn't know their rights and won't take the appropriate steps to enforce them. Passing the buck between US and India only works for a few days, but to play that game for 5 weeks is ridiculous and rude.

Free coffee Good infrastructure Good peers

Cons

There is no scope for career advancement. HR & managers are non cooperative.Hiring manager did not even gave you clear idea about work.Most of the work is like data entry sort of so if you have professional degree or high aspirations don't even consider joining company as at the most your typing speed is the only skill that will enhance .For Non CA's not much respect or even any work no work life balance .You can check on job websites for frequent walkin drives & job postings they hire in mass every few months because attrition rate which is related to company culture and policy . Less increments that too not on time. Zero professionalism.

Advice to Management

Train your managers to handle their teams. Also teach them to be professional.
