Does Delta Faucet Company offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

It was my first corporate gig, so take it with a grain of salt. Overall, the company cares for its employees, offering decent benefits, fitness classes, health incentives, etc. The work/life balance was healthy (at least in R&D, which is notoriously bad at a lot of companies), and community giving is always part of the conversation there. I seldom saw people pressured to stay overtime, aside from specific events; if someone was overworked, the team would generally work to help distribute the load. And the policy of one optional work-from-home day every week is a great plus (for salaried employees, at least - not usually for us interns).

Cons

Some management felt absent at times.

Overall, the company cares for its employees, offering decent benefits, fitness classes, health incentives, etc.

Does Delta Faucet Company offer dental insurance?

Pros

Some of the benefits are really good except medical and dental insurance but there are a few perks.

Cons

Some of the team Leader don't know what a team is but bc they got lucky with a good crew im sure it looks good for then when in fact disappearing all night to help any line except yours doesn't make them want to do good for the company. They talk down on everyone. There is a lot of preferential treatment

Advice to Management

Get with the teams when their lead isn't around or go ear hustle by the smoke shack bc that's where the truth is
