Pros

If you're looking for a place to kickstart/boost your career into digital marketing, then Digital ROI is a place to be. You'll be always surrounded by enthusiastic, helpful, and caring colleagues that won't let you miss your college days and still get the work done. The managers personally take care of their team members' workload and make sure everybody is being appreciated for their work and keep the team motivated. An amazing variety of accounts starting from bootstrapped start-ups to funded giants will help you go beyond your role to learn about the digital eco-system and hone skills. Founder & Senior management is very focussed and they know their game & goals very well. The clients and employees are equally valued so you'll always have someone backing you in your thick and thin. They emphasize work-life balance and having a life outside the job even for interns. I've witnessed the organization grow from 7 to 30 and everyone I got to work with was super supportive and almost felt like a second home. I got to work with some of the most prestigious clients in India and abroad, which helped me build good professional relationships. The organization has been arranging fun Fridays online during the lockdown and celebrating events and bdays. In the Pre-covid period, the office was super fun and free snacks and coffee every day by a dedicated chef was a pure delight. The management is doing their best to keep a fun & loving environment even in the WFH situation.

Cons

No cons as such. If you're starting with your career in digital marketing, then the first couple of days will involve a bit of a hustle to get used to the fast-moving environment. Post that, you'll enjoy the work and every day will be a great day.

Advice to Management

No advise as such.

The managers personally take care of their team members' workload and make sure everybody is being appreciated for their work and keep the team motivated.

Pros

As a student, all you want is to learn through an internship. After searching a lot online, I found Digital ROI through Internshala. My experience here was nothing but amazing. Every day I would step out of the office with something new. Senior managers are so good to interns and never say no to any kind of help. We never worked overtime and were even asked not to work after closing time. I would say if you want to learn and work in performance marketing industry, Digital ROI is the place for you.

Cons

I did not find any Cons here. They exceeded my expectations.

Pros

Excellent Company Culture! There Is A Rule To Call Everyone By Their First Name. It Helps A Lot In Making The Workplace Very Friendly. Seniors Treat You With Respect. Vikas (our CEO) Shares Memes Sometimes! I Got To Learn A Lot Working With Billion $ Startups & Companies Directly. All Team Members Across Teams Are Very Helpful In Case Of Any Doubts. Interacting With All Bigshots From Client Companies Makes It Feel Almost Feels Like A Consulting Job! If You Join As An Intern, They Teach You Everything From Scratch. They Pay Increases Exponentially If You Are A Quick Grasper & Someone Who Takes Responsibility. I Am Earning Way More Than My Peers In The Tech Field. I Am Actually Scared To Leave This Job, As Apparently A Company Culture Like This Is Quite Rare.

Cons

The Pay Increases Exponentially But So Does The Work & Stress. You Must Be A Really Good Manager Of People To Survive. Sometimes The Stress Gets Too Much. You Should Be Able To Disconnect From Your Work Once The Day Ends As Being Mostly A WFH Job, The Lines Between Work & Personal Life Can Get Blurred Real Quick. Apart From The Team Building Events, The Is A Very Little Peer To Peer Connection Here Because Of Its Remote Nature. Apparently, It Is Great For Introverts But For Extroverts Like Me, It Gets Difficult.

Advice to Management

Allow People To Grow Slowly. All The Responsibility Helps Mature Fast In Terms Of Work But It Might Get To You Sometimes. Apart From That, Geniune Peer To Peer Interactions Should Be Encouraged & Not Just Team Building Activities Because WFH Can Sometimes Get Difficult Due To Low Human Interaction. For This, Quarterly Offline Meetups Can Be Held (At Atleast According To Cities Ofcourse) So That People Could Feel Like They Are Actually Working With Familiar People. Apart From That Everything Is Fantastic. I Am Grateful That I Am Working Here!

You Must Be A Really Good Manager Of People To Survive.
