Pros - A few individuals are talented. Working with them has been a pleasure.

Cons

Cons - People are almost always working late overtime to make ends meet without compensation. The company evaluates your dedication to work primarily based on the number of hours spent in the office, which can put pressure to overextend yourselves to just be acknowledged. - If you try mentioning your concerns to senior or HR lets say about work-life balance, work environment, compensation, they'd straight up judge you and not find you worthy enough. - Apart from the overtime that you'll do being a UX or UI Designer, seniors will expect you to conduct fun events ( LOL), design logos, business cards, invites, presentations, social media posts and the list goes on. - Huge communication gaps between the development and the design team. - Toxic work culture disguised in the name of Family! - Zero perks.
