Pros

My stint with ESG was a short one of 11 months as I had to relocate. During my tenure, I was looked after really well by my mentors and senior leadership. My KPIs were well defined and I had periodic meetings with my immediate manager. Overall, a very good learning experience and this company player an important role in shaping up my career.

Cons

No cons. Hopefully will play second innings with this company a few years down the line

Pros

The management are friendly and supportive. They seem to actually care about the employees and clients.

Cons

As with all support positions there are rosters. This may or may not suit everyone.

I have been working at ESG for over a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with the company culture and the innovative work being done here. One of the things I appreciate most about working here is that teams are always exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in our industry and this has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve and provide our clients with the best possible solutions. Also a good work-life balance.

Cons

Don't expect an easy ride. Its challenging here and sometimes rosters mean that its not the usual "9-5".
