How is the work/life balance at ESG Global Services?

Pros

I have been working at ESG for over a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with the company culture and the innovative work being done here. The company's focus on creating a supportive environment for its employees has been evident from day one. From the comprehensive onboarding process to the frequent check-ins with managers, I have always felt like I am a valued member of the team. One of the things I appreciate most about working here is that teams are always exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in our industry and this has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve and provide our clients with the best possible solutions. Also a good work-life balance.

Cons

Don't expect an easy ride. Its challenging here and sometimes rosters mean that its not the usual "9-5".

What is overtime like at ESG Global Services?

Pros

Got a job during covid, was easy to settle in and understand the job role. People are cooperative and helpful in explaining technical aspects

Cons

No cons really. Was never asked to work on holidays or asked to do overtime. The staff is cooperative and is well mannered. Everyone respects each other
