Overall had an excellent experience at Elucidata. 1. Brilliant and hardworking colleagues were always trying to improve, grow and help each other. 2. Fast-paced startup culture allows excellent learning opportunities for developers. 3. The Tech Stack is always up to date with the industry standards. The company uses Tech Stack such as Angular/React, AWS, Docker, Python, R, and many more. 4. The niche domain in Biology/AI is bound to boom. 5. As a promising startup, it provides the opportunity for you to grow in various ways apart from your job profile. (Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills) 6. I have been working with this company for two years. - Mentorship is good and Leaders are helpful - They work with big Pharma companies, so you get decent opportunities to learn and grow. - and If you're someone who likes to take ownership and drive projects, Elucidata will provide you with those opportunities and help you grow in the process. - Flexible about the leaves and working hours. - The work atmosphere is light you will enjoy company-wide meetings. - Compensation is good. Most important of all, in the covid situation the mental health and the personal health were given more importance than the work which is admirable. Everyone was told to take proper rest, and the company stood forefront in helping the employees.
