Management is good

Pros

Flexible working environment such as working from home even before covid 19 pandemic. Good office location and nice working environment. A lot of free lunch activities.

Cons

Office not so modern with less facilities. Few employee benefits - no medical insurance, only hospitalization. Hard to get promotion - need to wait for years to get promoted unless you are extraordinary contributor.

Advice to Management

Provide career path and get better employment benefits.

Pros

Epicor is a well defined company, have a strong business team to hold. Having a good experience wrt to work, business/management, internal team. Work-life balance - comparatively good among other companies.

Cons

Can work on expanding the leave structure and on other employee benefits. Otherwise all good.

The pay was good, and the office was nice.

Cons

The environment is 100% typical corporate America. If you don't like that type of work then you won't like Epicor. Health insurance was very expensive compared to other tech companies.

Pros

Feel Good to work in this company. For me good change learning new skills and experiencing the new domain. Managers appreciation and recognition keeps me motivate and work enthusiastically. Team supporting also very good. Good environment to work here.

Cons

Just 45 days, it's too early to provide cons. Benefits could have been improved for tax exemptions considering like fuel bills, others.
