Cons
Unpredictable very long days if the person for the next shift doesn't show up you must stay that entire shift without question, very shady practices when it comes to guest when they want to put them out they try to find any reason to border line violate guest in the hotel like entering the guest room when they step out to snoop through there belonging looking for things like drugs they think the person may or may not have
Advice to Management
Quit so young fresh innovative young people can freshen up the brand .

Extended Stay America’s Executive Leadership team goes above and beyond to do the right thing for their associates. They value their associates and the contributions they make every day!

Adding additional benefits to their existing overall plan i.e tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave etc.

Continue to be transparent and receptive to the ideas of others. There is always more than one way to achieve goals!

I love this job because there is flexible scheduling and the atmosphere is great. I love the people I work with and the benefits are great. Not only is there great health and discount benefits but there are extra benefits available to help ESA associates with other needs. Also you get recognition for accomplishments nothing ever goes un noticed. Location LGB0932
