Good pay, get more hours after 3 months, can transfer to any location that has FedEx, standard benefits 401k, health, dental, weekly pay

Cons

As good as the pay, it's short hours so it's not a lot of pay, a lot of dust, fumes, gas

Decent benefits, no pension for new hires, you’ll be part of the working poor.

Cons

You’ll be part of the working poor. It’s a filthy environment all around, and you’ll be exposed to particulates that are most likely cancerous.

Advice to Management

Gain some empathy, treat your frontline employees with some value.
