I worked in this company for 6 months. I will write my whole experience. After 6 months my manager had a fight with me and behaved like a rowdy and cursed my whole family for a silly issue. Asked me to go out of the company. I accepted and asked for letter while going. They said they will give letter only if pay 2 lakhs. I didn't signed bond. I travelled daily 20km. no allowance was paid. Every company will make money from their customers. But this company make money only from employees. When relieving they ask their employees to pay at least 2 lakh rupees or last 6 months salary. otherwise they say they will not give letter. Also if another company calls and verifies they will say i didn't work here for even single day. Every employee leaving this company is paying minimum 2 lakhs for this. Atleast 50 go out every year. This much money they are earning from employees. Also they have a policy of creating fake resume. They hire freshers and create a fake resume for 5 years in that freshers name and send it to companies and clients. If interview not done successfully, only half salary. If want to leave, then have to pay 2 lakhs. only few people will pass that interview, others are working for half salary only. If you are a client, please verify all resumes send by this company. everything is fake. they will send only freshers. If you are going to join this company as fresher, contact any one of the employee working here or worked here and ask about how much money have to pay while leaving this job. also ask about managers behaviour. ask about how hr will behave when leaving this company. ask whether this company will pay allowance or not. my advice, don't join this company.
