What is health insurance like at Fortinet?

Pros

The company is growing rapidly and offers great stability and excellent benefits such as flexible PTO, paid health insurance, 401k, RSU upon hiring.

Cons

The company's response and internal policies during the COVID-19 have been a total disappointment. All internal communications are focused on how to promote Fortinet's secure access solutions to other companies and encouraging them to Work from home while still saying that "at this point, there is no reason for you not to come to an office" and leaving this desition to county or state mandates. This seems a lack of common sense and full-on hypocrisy. The management is only allowing the work from home option to those that feel sick or show symptoms, but don't they know that many people can carry and spread the virus for days without even feeling ill? This can not only affect other employees but also those who live with them. Many other companies are proving to take more proactive actions to avoid (and contain) the spread of the virus, meanwhile, Fortinet is still focused "on our Q1 business goals". I thought I was working in a global company but now it seems that Fortinet is just a regular company that had a good shot in the cybersecurity business whose actions are falling below the expectations.
