I would summarize my experience to CEO in one line: "Great vision without great people is irrelevant" ― Jim Collins, Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap... and Others Don't My heart really goes out for this company as I loved its vision and I enjoyed my time here. However, company is somewhat crippled by its mediocre Sr. Mgmt., and lack of focus, which severely limits its growth potential.
