How do employees feel about the referral program at Fractal?
Pros
Some projects are pretty interesting with advanced ML work. You get to take ownership of tasks/projects. The upper management could not be better. They are just excellent.
Cons
Constant bench hurts your bonus, your skills and the bench program is virtually inexistent. If you are not lucky enough to get one long term project then you will be thrown across the various domains. Which can be very difficult if you are new to these domains.
Advice to Management
Need a good Bench Program that will MANDATE some capability development. This will really add immediate value.

What is the salary like at Fractal?
Pros
Great place to work- Wfh , No leave issues , Very trustful environment , Good clients , decent pay (not very high as compared to market),
Cons
Not observed till now. I have joined Fractal during covid pandemic last year. I keep on working Wfh as our client General Mills india is favouring Wfh situation.

Does Fractal offer a weekly bonus?
Pros
Good culture, transparent policy, high bonuses, Good offices and benefits
Cons
poor work quality, random allotments on projects without considering previous skills, less of data science more of data analytics so not fit for core Data Science people

What are other benefits and incentives like at Fractal?
Pros
Great work environment, terrific leadership and good compensation. Lots of flexibility in terms of work balance.
Cons
Not much room to move and explore other areas of work other than the speciality you choose. I was told a year of work would lead to good options but not available.

Does Fractal offer a yearly bonus?
Pros
1. Flexible timings and good facilities ( breakfast, lunch and home drop) 2. Transparent bonus payout and annual hike % 3. Approachable leaders and homely environment 4. Great leadership from Srikanth and Pranay
Cons
Too many : 1. Some accounts have no work life balance at all (12-14 hrs every day) 2. Extremely poor middle management -- like engagement managers who think they are gods and can misbehave with anyone they want to 3. Pressure for billing goals are such high that in some accounts engagement managers treat team members like filth
Advice to Management
Kindly consider the exit reviews seriously and take action as existing employees mention their actual reason for leaving the company in their exit interviews. Some managers are ruining the company's culture and values by degrading their subordinates, behaving rudely with them and treating them inhumanly.
