Does Frank Recruitment Group offer a wellness program?

Pros

So far being in the business for just under 2 months, the best thing about working at Frank Recruitment Group is the atmosphere in the office. Everyone on the floor celebrates everyone's success. The activities and incentives (especially in December when I joined) is great and very rewarding once you put in the hard work. I think this is crucial in recruitment as it can have a lot of knock backs and you need to pick yourself up again. There is also great leadership from above as they are always willing to help. There is great training in place throughout your whole career in the business which is great as your are always learning new things. They understand work life balance, even though it is recruitment. We have wellness Wednesdays which really helps break up the week and also have incentives to leave earlier on Fridays.

Cons

If you don't want to put in hard work the this job may not for you, as hard work, long hours and knock backs happen a lot. You will need to pick yourself up and keep trying and you will succeed. I think the training can be a little frustrating at times when we repeat a lot of things we have learnt again and again when this could be avoided and more time on the phone would be more beneficial. But overall, training is good.
