Pros

- CEO genuinely cares about you. With the outbreak happening, I was worried I might get laid off but I ended up getting full-time and not a single employee was laid off. - we were given a stipend to get work from home accessories like a monitor and a keyboard - everyone has been so nice. Not fake nice, but genuinely nice. We have fun happy hour calls with trivia, we have a slack channel just to show off our pets - the mentorship program is really great. I was worried I wouldn't be trained properly but it was nothing short of the opposite experience. Many people reached out the first week and offered to help me learn the product. All the other CSM's have been so helpful and offered lots of advice, the team in India called me every day to go over product specifics, and my boss has been incredibly supportive - pay and benefits are great, work environment is great, and the people are amazing

Cons

- Its a fairly new company with some growing pains which are to be expected. Sometimes its a bit disjointed but I can tell people are working on it - Quarantine has made starting at the company a bit strange but honestly, I have no complaints

- the mentorship program is really great.

Pros

- Great team culture - Transparent leadership - Interesting products - Neverending learning - Excellent mentorship programs - Products that work and are a delight to work with - When we were in the office, there are catered lunches each week and snacks available

Cons

Onboarding is improving, but it is still a little scattershot / you need to ramp yourself. Training materials lack a central home, they are spread out across multiple shared drives, webpages, and training repositories. It can be daunting to learn multiple products in depth to become a generalist and consider oneself an SME across all of them.

Advice to Management

Keep up the transparency and the efforts to scale with your own growth in employees

- Excellent mentorship programs

Pros

1. Comparatively small company with less products. you can get to know more about product & all technology aspects. (would be better if you get proper mentor. but very less mentors) 2. Flexible work timings 3. Free food 4. Agile process. its good.

Cons

1. Management cares only about the tasks. not about people growth or learning. 2. below average industry salary hike. Very few gets good package. 3. When they started the company, goals was clear & CEO was very motivating. but now product's goal is not clear. more of maintenance work. not much tech learning. Employees are kind of less energy & motivated.

Advice to Management

Please care about employees learning & career growth. Bring in some motivation. As the product has attained threshold, lot of maintenance work. worst hike or name sake hike. There are lot of attrition in the team (lot of good resources left the company). Management can look into it & find the reason & help other employees to stay.

(would be better if you get proper mentor.
