Pros

- Great culture. Your value is appreciated and there is 100% trust from the company. - Managers are very focused on your mental health and growth. - Everyone outside your team is very welcoming and helpful including senior management. - Employee benefits and salary are above industry standards imo.

Cons

- The company has gone completely remote and hence you may miss going to the office. Although I'm writing it under con, Fyle has done everything to make sure the transition was smooth and inexpensive for the employees so kudos to that.

Advice to Management

Just keep up the good culture and transparency. It's quite easy to lose your way when the company eventually grows but it hasn't happened yet. You've built a great product and an even better company and I'm glad to be a part of it.
